Over the past four years, Outreach Strategists has served as a trusted communications partner to the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA), supporting strategic public outreach, marketing, and messaging during key phases of Barrier-Free HCTRA, their all-electronic tolling conversion. Our team has produced a range of creative assets—including videos, motion graphics, and broadcast-quality content—to help HCTRA engage the public, build trust, and encourage adoption of new services. One highlight includes our EZ TAG promotional campaign, where we crafted accessible, bilingual videos to educate drivers on the benefits of getting and using an EZ TAG across the region’s tolling system.
