Cruise, a General Motors subsidiary developing autonomous vehicle technology, sought to reintroduce its autonomous vehicle operations in the Greater Houston area while building public trust and improving accessibility. Outreach Strategists led a data-driven transportation communications and stakeholder engagement strategy to support user adoption and inclusive mobility.
