Harris Health Secures $2.5 Billion for Healthcare Expansion in Harris County
Harris Health, an integrated public healthcare provider with a focus on residents with limited resources, needed to expand and modernize its facilities as Harris County’s population continued to grow. To meet rising demand across one of the fastest-growing regions in the country, Outreach Strategists led a targeted bond strategy and public engagement campaign to support voter approval of a historic funding measure.
