From our partners to our advisors, members of the Outreach Strategist team have been an integral part of highly competitive and successful elections.

Managing Partner Mustafa Tameez helped lead a big city Mayoral campaign to a narrow victory, by communicating to and engaging new, previously untapped, multicultural constituencies. Mustafa also managed consecutive re-election campaigns for Houston Mayor Bill White, with 91% and 86% re-election margins, the highest vote shares for any urban mayor in 25 years.

At the state level, Outreach Strategists engineered the surprise victory of Hubert Vo. The win contributed to the Democratic Party making their first net gain of legislative seats in 32 years.

Outreach Strategists have also had great success at the federal level as well. The firm helped recruit Congressman Nick Lampson to run for the seat of then-Congressional Majority Leader Tom DeLay. DeLay resigned abruptly rather than risk losing his seat to Lampson, whose tenacious campaigning and fundraising success put DeLay's seat at risk right out of the gates.

In the same year, our role in recruiting Ciro Rodriguez to run for a newly redistricted Congressional seat that he would go on to win, helped Outreach Strategists to play a role in Democrats gaining control of the House of Representatives for the first time since 1994.

Additionally, our board of advisors has seasoned campaign operatives (and former office-holders), who have worked on Presidential, Senate, Gubernatorial, Congressional and local campaigns, throughout the United States.
