Congressman Nick Lampson Nick Lampson served 5 terms in the United States Congress representing the 9th and 22nd Districts of Texas (containing the highest percentage of Asian and Muslim-Americans of any Congressional district in Texas). Lampson was the founder of the Missing and Exploited Children's Caucus.
